Scope:
Construction of a subdivision masterplan. Inclusive of bulk earthworks, pavement construction, landscaping works, service reticulation of sewer, water, electrical, gas and communications.
Summary:
Emerald Hills Estate is situated along Camden Valley Way, at the Raby Road intersection. TRN Group (“TRN”) has been part of a successful project team, having constructed the lead-in roads and all stages of the estate, from 1 to 7. TRN has endeavoured to provide great service to Emerald Hills Estate by managing various other contractors while ensuring a smooth flow of works.
Innovation:
TRN accommodated and worked around environmental constraints during the construction of stage 4. A shared trench which consists of a storm water drainage line and sewer pipes bisects a biobank exclusion zone.
