Scope:

• Demolition of existing Structures, site remediation, Bulk Earthworks, Construction of roads, retaining walls, drainage, servicing & landscaping.

Summary:

The works included initial demolition of existing improvements on the properties, followed by site remediation under a Rap and Environmental approval. Bulk earthworks and benching of lots, export off-site excess VENM fill and topsoil, sewer reticulation and construction of retaining walls up to 3m high sleeper and Loc-a-bloc retaining walls . This project further included construction of two truck stormwater lines through the subdivision carrying development stormwater from the subdivisions above, 10 connection points with existing roads, minor drainage and services utilities.
