Scope:

33 Lot Residential Subdivision that required the widening of a busy major local road fronting the development. The works also included bulk earthworks, road construction, sewer drainage, water reticulation, electrical reticulation and street lighting, communications reticulation, footpath and cycleways, revegetation and streetscaping.

Summary:
