Scope:

Bulk earthworks, construction of roads & drainage, installation of utility services. Construction of a 5,300sq.m retention basin and Precast culvert construction.

Summary:

Catherine park is a residential subdivision in the thriving Camden region located between Oran Park Drive and Camden valley way. Stage 1-4 are the first stages in a 9+ stage master planned community. A significant part of this project included the sourcing and import of a large volume of fill material for the bulk earthworks portion of the project. Stage 1 also involved the coordination and construction of a precast culvert system.
