Scope:

Residential subdivision of multiple stages 1 to 13, including bulk earthworks and all civil works.

Summary:

The Ingleburn Gardens Site is located adjacent to the Glenfield to Leppington Railway line, which was under construction whilst we were completing civil works on multiple stages throughout the project. The major challenge was working in and around the railway line boundaries which required good communication and coordination with City Rail (now Sydney Trains).
