Summary:

The Macarthur Heights Estates is situated between the WSU Campbelltown Campus, the M5 motorway and Menangle Rail corridor. This was the 1st stage of the development completed by TRN Group. The work included reconstruction of Goldsmith Avenue amongst a functioning university campus coupled with a significant bulk earthworks project being stages 1A though to 1D. The project included a novated contract for sewer and retaining walls as well as working alongside the developers landscaping contractor.

Innovation:

There was a significant amount of existing services, both public and private, along Goldsmith Avenue.  TRN Group took initiative upfront to accurately level and locate these services to provide the project designers with detailed information on potential clashes with civil infrastructure and provide a working platform for service relocation designs.
